Lunch @ Ipoh, Lou Wong Bean Sprout Chicken

Since my mom needed to visit a friend at Ipoh the other day, we took the opportunity to eat the all-known, all-popular Bean Sprout Chicken Rice :) 

Lou Wong Bean Sprout Chicken was our choice to execute our mission. Despite the deferring opinions and suggestions, we found this one pretty darn good. 

Yum!

juicy, tender and fresh :) 
plus, you can tell that they use Grade A soya sauce, not the cheap lousy kind you get in KL 

notice how short the bean sprouts are? 
harvesting the bean sprout when its young gives it a crunch when you eat it, not forgetting to mention the slight nutty after-taste I got. This just screams "Awesome!"

This was the only time I actually enjoyed eating chicken liver. 
The only reason I could eat it was cause it wasn't overly mushy and it didn't have that weird smell! 
Which also means that its fresh :)
